From start to finish, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and reliable outcomes. Upon project completion, clients receive a full handover pack that includes all necessary certificates of compliance, guarantees, as-built drawings, and a detailed handover manual.

The NHBRC is a statutory body established in 1998 to regulate the home building industry and protect housing consumers from shoddy workmanship and unscrupulous builders. The council sets standards for home construction and monitors compliance with these standards to ensure that homes are built to last and meet the needs of the people who live in them.
As a member of the NHBRC, VPM Building has committed to building homes that meet or exceed the council’s standards for design, materials, and workmanship. This means that the company has undergone a rigorous registration process, which includes demonstrating financial and technical capacity, as well as complying with various regulatory requirements.
Moreover, VPM Building is also required to provide a 5-year warranty on all new homes built, which covers any structural defects that may arise during this period. This warranty provides peace of mind to clients, knowing that their investment is protected against any unforeseen issues that may occur.

VPM Building is a member of the Master Builders Association, The Association was founded in 1891 and is, therefore, the oldest organisation of its kind in South Africa. It is affiliated with Master Builders South Africa (MBSA) but is autonomous. The MBA’s primary objective is to ensure that the reputation of the building industry in this area remains high.
